Summer retreat
Spend some time on the shores of Lake Cobbosseecontee with some of your favorite artists, friends to be, and lots of loons. Pilgrim Lodge offers plenty of room to spread out, enjoy the lake, and make art! All cabins have their own bathrooms, showers, and porches, and are connected to the boardwalk to the Main Lodge. Come and hang out with other creatives to make art, swim, paddle, and relax!

The Maine Art Education Association is pleased to sponsor the 5th annual Summer Art Making retreat at Pilgrim Lodge in West Gardiner, Maine.
All food and lodging are included for just $280. This is a retreat with no agenda except for time to breathe, relax, and create.

All 17 cabins have bathrooms, showers, and screened-in porches and are connected by boardwalk to the Main Lodge. The lodge has 4 large rooms for setting up your projects and a porch with rocking chairs for simply hanging out and gazing at the lake.
The waterfront (with lifeguards, paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks!) is open several times a day, should you choose to take a break from art-making. There are also 100 acres of woods with trails and a forest labyrinth for even more natural inspiration. Join us for three days of camaraderie and creativity!
