MAEA and the Portland Museum of Art teamed up once again in March 2025 to showcase the incredible talent in Maine’s art education programs and in the young artists in our communities. See details below.

All artists, educators, and their families are invited to the Youth Art Month celebration in-person.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
10 am–6:30 pm
Free admission for Youth Art Month participants, their families, and teachers.
Please note: galleries will close at 6:30 p.m.

We will hold three celebration events for the YAM artists.

Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade certificates ceremony
4:30 pm
5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade certificates ceremony
